Digital Delivery Timeline
All orders are delivered digitally via email to the email address provided at checkout.

- Delivery time begins once all required information for personalization has been correctly submitted by the customer.
Because each product is personalized, delivery times may vary slightly depending on order volume, complexity, and accuracy of the information provided.
Delivery Method
- Your digital product will be delivered via email (e.g., download link, audio file, or access link).
- Delivery is considered complete once the email is sent, regardless of whether it is opened or accessed.
- Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the delivery email.

- Submitting accurate personalization details on time
MyPrayerTune is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, email server issues, or incomplete information provided by the customer.

As our products are fully digital:
- There are no shipping charges
- There is no physical delivery
- There are no tracking numbers
